Awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Magnet designation recognizes hospitals that deliver exceptional patient care through outstanding nursing leadership, innovation, professional development, and clinical outcomes.
PCH50 has committed $1 million to support Phoenix Children's multi-year Journey to Magnet, helping strengthen nursing practice, expand research opportunities, enhance leadership development, and improve patient and family experiences across the hospital.

Through a structured Physician Scholar Pathway, the program identifies promising early-career physicians and provides the mentorship, protected research time, and resources needed to build successful research careers.
